the top work is an intimate painting from a series entitled Fragile and the 2nd larger work is War Games for Kids 1.

Saw these fun pieces by Renee Falez at Sheffer gallery in a predominantly abstract group show Surface to Space . I love her use of ordinary materials and the quirky head type shapes made of brightly painted paper pulp.

Gerry Weld has a new show of his ceramic works Deep In the Woods at Damien Minton Gallery until 3rd July. A lot more of his work can be seen on the above link....please have a look.
