Greenhouse by Joost at the Rocks in Sydney has the most spectacular harbour view of anywhere!! Celebrating a friend's birthday here was ideal.... with their good food, drink and knowing it is the most sustainable and environmentally friendly eatery in town adds masses to the pleasure. It's a pop-up but I am hoping some of their green ways will catch on to the permanent eating houses and their presently restrictive governing councils.
